Where I Discovered Them
I learnt of Halflight back when I was working on my ‘Frock You’ project in 2006. The project focused on women in music, mainly in the South Wales area. They were definitely one of the best bands I came across in the area & I’m kicking myself for not going to see them (or vocalist Sarah Howells’ solo shows) live when I had the chance. In March 2009, they changed their name to Paper Aeroplanes.
